The Trafford Centre is known for its colourful Christmas lights displays throughout the vast shopping mall come the winter. And visitors keen to get into the festive spirit will be pleased to hear it's not long to wait to see them light up now.
Shopping centre bosses have now confirmed the date when the lights will all go on this year across the Trafford Centre. Pre-pandemic, there used to be a Christmas Lights switch-on event to herald their arrival, but this won't be returning for 2023.
Instead the Christmas Lights will simply be turned on for the first time from Thursday, November 9. Bosses at the mall have said though there will be a range of new festive attractions to wow shoppers this year.
