Traffic disruption on A71 in Kilmarnock as diesel spillage closes road

One of Ayrshire’s busiest roads has been closed following a diesel spill. Traffic at the Bellfield Roundabout in Kilmarnock was at a standstill this morning after the A71 was closed following the spillage.

Ayrshire Roads Alliance have confirmed the closure and that they are on hand as the clean up to make the road safe again begins.
