A former HSBC bank in Hyde will be transformed into flats now planning permission has been granted. The Market Place site, opposite the town hall, will see its upper floors turned into flats.
Plans include two apartments on the first floor, both with an open plan kitchen, living and dining space, one bedroom and a shower room.
There will only be one apartment on the second floor containing two bedrooms, kitchen/diner, living room and a shower room. The entrance would be on the ground floor, but there is no mention in the plans of how the space on the ground floor would be used.
