TOWIE stars thrown off flight after refusing to wear masks and 'vaping'

Several stars of the latest season of hit ITVBe show The Only Way is Essex were asked to leave their flight back from the Dominican Republic, according to Pia Grace Smith.The show newbie took to her Instagram account to reveal that she and "half the cast" were stuck in Madrid after being chucked off the plane because they didn't wear masks.Taking to her stories, she said: "24 hours later, we're still travelling, we got chucked off the flight because we didn't wear masks, it was like half the cast that got chucked off. "We've had to sit here in Madrid airport for 10 hours.

I'm not going to get back to the UK until 11:30pm, I won't be back in my bed until 1am." James 'Diags' Bennewith also took to his own Instagram page to complain that he "still wasn't home" confirming that they had been "chucked off the flight in Madrid" for what he called "no reason".

According to reports, the "appalling behaviour" on the flight from the Dominican Republic included not complying with wearing face masks, despite repeated requests from the flight attendant staff aboard Air Europa to wear them.The Sun also claimed some were vaping openly on the plane, ignoring the no-vaping rules.The source said: “Fumes were visible above their seats.They were asked to stop but refused.
