The former TOWIE cast member, wearing a short black dress and with slicked-back hair, posted the snap of her bare limbs on Instagram.
The mirror selfie exposes the red patches on her calves, thighs and arms caused by the autoimmune condition. Jess, 37, captioned the image: "This is Me" and tagged Psoriasis Awareness Month.
Fans were quick to show their support for the star and praised her bravery in revealing all.
