Paulina Lerch has been shot dead in an apparent murder-suicide. Police believe the 33-year-old Top Model star was killed by her husband.It's understood Sławomir shot the reality TV celebrity then turned the gun on himself.

He is said to have been found with fatal and self-inflicted gunshot wounds.The pair are said to have been found in their home in Poznań City, Poland, on Sunday, September 1.

The property was locked from inside.But it's understood officers found a revolver next to their bodies. But officers are also examining the possibility that the couple had a suicide pact.The Mirror reports the late model's family claimed that they hadn't heard from her for over a week before she was discovered.
