Top BBC Presenter Mishal Husain Leaving After 25 Years To Join Bloomberg – UPDATED

news outlet has just announced, and she will become editor-at-large. She started her career at Bloomberg before joining the BBC.
David Merritt, Head of Media Editorial, Bloomberg, said: “Mishal is one of the UK’s preeminent news broadcasters and journalists and she is recognised globally for her incisive but fair interview style.” PREVIOUS: Mishal Husain, one of the BBC’s most established news presenters, is stepping down from her Today program role after 11 years and leaving the corporation after 25.
Husain will leave the BBC in the new year. She has developed a reputation over the years with the BBC’s flagship radio show for her skilled and intelligent interviewing style that holds politicians and others to account, while also hosting general election debates.
