JB Gill has shared a 'bittersweet' update alongside Lauren Oakley as they prepare for the Strictly Come Dancing final. The pair have made it through to the last week of the competition having only become an official couple a few weeks ago.

JLS star JB had to swiftly build a new partnership with pro Lauren after his original partner Amy Dowden had to make a shock exit from the show following a foot injury, which he has since admitted was a "difficult adjustment" to make.

But Amy has been fully behind JB and Lauren and will be on hand to support them when they return to the ballroom for the last time for Strictly 2024's grand final on Saturday night (December 14).
