Tom Brady has been tipped to make a hasty return to the NFL after experiencing a few months of being "bossed around" at home by supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen.

The legendary quarterback called time on his career last week after several days of intense speculation over his future in the game.

He leaves as one of the NFL's all-time greats, having won the Super Bowl seven times and broken dozens of records in his 22-year career. In his retirement statement, Brady said his decision to call time on his career was motivated by a desire to pursue other interests outside American football. But one former player has predicted that fans have not seen the last of Brady in the NFL – claiming that a few months spent at home with his wife might encourage him into a change of heart."Trust me, when you're in the midst of it and you're in the grind all the time, you can get a little leery and weary of that grind," said former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin while working as a pundit for NFL Network. "But, once you get a break for about five or six months, and you go home and you just left the football field where you were bossing everybody and now you go home and you are being bossed."By five months of that, you would be like, 'I think I want to go back to the football field.' I'm telling you right now!"My Bishop told me this when I retired, he said 'son, just work your way back into your house'.

I said 'but I pay all the bills'. He said 'I know, just work your way, don't go try and boss the house'.Will Tom Brady return to the NFL one day?
