Astonished Tom Boyd launched into a furious rant after Celtic were denied a penalty by VAR in their pulsating 4-3 win over Hearts.
The former Parkhead skipper could barely contain his outrage after referee Nick Walsh was told by VAR operator Steven McLean to play on after Michael Smith handled the ball inside the area in the dying embers of the first half.
The decision was met with derision by Celtic's players, supporters and manager Ange Postecoglou who dropped his water bottle amid a fit of laughter over the no call.
If Postecoglou could see the funny side then it was a different story high up in the Tynecastle gantry as Boyd and Gerry McCulloch could barely stifle their disbelief as Walsh was told the check was over amid multiple protests from players in green and white.
