Joe Exotic
Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage (born March 5, 1963), better known by his stage name Joe Exotic, is an American former zoo operator, internet personality, musician, and convicted felon. The former owner and operator of the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park (a.k.a. G. W. Zoo) in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Maldonado-Passage had claimed to be the most prolific breeder of tigers in the United States. He twice unsuccessfully ran for public office, first for President of the United States in 2016 as an independent, and then for Governor of Oklahoma in 2018 as a Libertarian.
Carole Baskin
Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

Joe Exotic, the subject of Neflix’s hit documentary series Tiger King, has launched a characteristically strange fashion range.

And it’s a sell out. Well, he was never going to let being stuck behind bars stop him making the most of his sudden global fame, was he?

What’s more the range contains the words ‘Revenge… Love Thy Backstabber and $UCCESS’ on labels – an obvious nod to his favourite nemesis Carole Baskin.

News of the collection first emerged last week. It features jogging bottoms, t-shirts and hoodies and even a tiger-themed face mask, and reportedly sold out within hours.
