The Oklahoma zoo, G.W. Exotic Animal Memorial Park, has been under the control of Jeff Lowe, but now Baskin has been granted control by a judge, according to Fox 25.
It was reported that the zoo was fraudulently transferred to Joe Exotic‘s mother years ago to keep it out of reach from creditors, including Baskin‘s Big Cat Rescue. Lowe now has 120 days to vacate the premises and remove all of his animals from the property.
The Netflix documentary series Tiger King explored the rivalry between Carole Baskin and Joe Exotic and how he went to jail for allegedly plotting to kill her.
