Tiger King oddball Joe Exotic allegedly drugged workers at his zoo with tranquillisers meant for his big cats. The 57-year-old’s former head of TV production, Rick Kirkham, claims he was so out of control he gave sick staff ketamine hydrochloride.

He said: “I saw Joe giving animal drugs to the humans working there. “When they’d get a cough or a cold, he’d go grab ketamine, and animal tranquilliser, and shoot them up with that.

I realised everyone who worked at the zoo was some kind of misfit.” He also said Exotic’s Tiger King moniker is a joke – as he was secretly scared of them and only entered cages with sedated or aged animals.
