A thug, who stabbed his neighbour after an argument about loud music 'escalated', has been jailed. Leon Humphries 'shouted' at the victim to turn his music down and an argument broke out, before becoming a 'scuffle'.
Humphries had armed himself with a knife and and 'swung it towards the other man's stomach', causing a laceration to his abdomen, Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard.
The 45-year-old - who has previous convictions for violence, including an attack on his dad - has now been locked up for 18 months after he admitted a charge of wounding.
The incident happened at accommodation run by the Lyme Trust, Stoke-on-Trent Live reports. READ MORE : "She was my whole world": Husband who cut his terminally ill wife's throat in desperate suicide pact says he 'killed her with love'...
