He suddenly hits the pensioner who is seen walking in the opposite direction with a shopping basket. The woman tumbles hard to the ground, and narrowly misses crashing into a fire hydrant.
The attacker simply walks away as if nothing had happened. He looks back at the stricken victim and continues to walk away. And the video shows there was at least one witness to the attack - a man on the pavement behind the woman.
