pushing and kicking a teenage boy and then saying 'he deserved it'. Angus Mclellan bragged that he 'would do it again' after he pushed the 15-year-old to the ground and kicked his leg 'several times' while looking after him.

McLellan was working as a residential Child Care Worker with Spark of Genius (Training) Ltd at Dunoon when the attacks happened around April 4 last year.

When telling of his actions to a colleague, McLellan branded the 15-year-old service user, known only as AA, a 'pr**k' and that 'he deserves it'.He also said he 'would have done it again' and that he would 'have kept kicking'.Now bosses at the Scottish Social Services Council have ruled to strike him off the register.A report prepared on McLellan said the incident came.
