in Wigan has been jailed. Justin Whittle attacked his victim with such force he suffered a bleed on the brain following a violent outburst at the Freemasons Arms pub last year.The victim has since lost his job as a train driver and has had his driving licence removed in fear of the consequences of his injuries.It came following an altercation in the pub's smoking area on the evening of November 16, 2019.CCTV footage showed Whittle launch a frenzied attack on the victim, repeatedly punching him up to 10 times before he fell unconscious to the floor.
Bolton Crown Court heard how Whittle had been on a night out with friends when he entered the beer garden at around 11.30pm.
