Violent scenes erupted in Liverpool city centre on August 3, with enquiries later identifying David Hill damaging a police vehicle and taking part in disorder on William Brown Street.

The 38-year-old, of Bianca Street in Bootle, was caught on a live streamed Tiktok video kicking the windscreen of a police van near to St George's Hall before another thug attempted to set the vehicle on fire.
Hill has a total of 71 previous convictions for 120 offences including affray, actual bodily harm, burglary and escaping from lawful custody.
