Sebastjen Cepele, 30, of no fixed abode and Fatjon Deaconu, 33, of Crantock Street in Longsight have both been charged with being concerned in the supply of class B drugs and money laundering.Aleksander Rapaj, 37, of no fixed abode, has also been charged with being concerned in the supply of class B drugs.It comes after police were called to reports of men behaving suspiciously at a car park off Moss Lane East in Moss Side at 4.30pm on Saturday, 13 February.Three men were detained and during their enquiries, officers recovered £300,000 in cash and a quantity of suspected cannabis.All three men have been remanded in custody.They are.
