Three people have been charged in connection to a gunpoint robbery involving Amir Khan. The ordeal took place in April and saw boxing champ Amir, 35, and his wife Faryal Makhdoom, 30, fearing for their lives as the armed thieves stole his £72,000 watch in east London.

All three are due to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court later, PA reports. Scotland Yard said all three suspects, from north London, have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
