Muller, 34, was a late substitute for the Bundesliga champions during their pulsating 4-3 victory over Manchester United at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday night.
He came on for the final three minutes to help them see out the result and join Ronaldo and Iker Casillas in hitting that three-figure mark.
Ronaldo played 183 games in the marquee European competition for United, Real Madrid and Juventus during his record-breaking career.
