Former defender Paul Parker has said that Manchester United's players let Rasmus Hojlund down after he scored twice in Tuesday night's 3-2 Champions League defeat by Galatasaray at Old Trafford.
Hojlund, who joined the Reds from Italian side Atalanta in August, notched his first Old Trafford goals to put United both 1-0 and 2-1 ahead against the Turkish outfit.
However, Erik ten Hag's troops capitulated after the Dane's second of the game, conceding either side of Casemiro's 77th minute red card.
United had more than enough opportunities to put the contest to bed prior to Galatasaray's recovery, but only Hojlund displayed composure in front of goal when it mattered.
