This Morning 's Eamonnn Holmes made a thinly veiled dig at Alison Hammond on Friday following the news Alison and Dermot O'Leary are replacing Eamonn and wife Ruth Langsford on the show on Fridays.

Eamonn and Ruth were explaining what was coming up on the show, and played a tease preview clip of Alison's upcoming interview with singer-songwriter John Legend.

In the clip, Alison and John both belted out his song Ordinary People to each to other while on a hilarious video call while Alison dances.

Eamonn remarked after watching: "I am not sure if it's an interview or if they will just sing to each other for five minutes." One viewer was convinced Ruth pulled a face when the camera cut back to the studio after the clip of Alison.
