As Friday's episode began, Rochelle - who is expecting her third child with husband Marvin Humes - and Dermot - who recently welcomed his first tot with wife Dee Kopang - cheekily admitted that they don't mind being at work on the hottest day of the year.
The pair discussed that they were grateful to be in the air-conditioned studio as well as being treated to culinary delights by TV chef John Torode.
