This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were nearly rendered speechless today, when an old Blue Peter time capsule was opened on the show - and all the contents were ruined.

Holly, 41, and Phil, 60, were joined by former Blue Peter host Sarah Greene to open the time capsule, which was buried in 1981, the same year that Holly was born.

As they opened the time capsule, Holly joked: "And a spider comes out of there and...oh look", before Phil dissolved into giggles as the capsule was opened and the contents were unidentifiable.
