This Morning host issues apology to co-star after show thrown into chaos

This Morning experienced an unexpected halt on Monday's ITV programme when Alison Hammond and guest co-host Joel Dommett encountered a technical glitch during a live segment.

The pair were in the midst of a conversation with Dr Zoe Williams over video link when things went awry. Joel, stepping in for Dermot O'Leary, was sharing an anecdote about his wife's severe allergic reaction to a mosquito bite just before their nuptials. "My wife is allergic to mosquito bites/stings it becomes dangerous almost," he recounted.
