Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary were caught off-guard in a hilarious moment today on This Morning when Lorraine's Ranvir Singh cut to them before they were ready.

Finishing the previous segment, which saw Tyler West eating a rather bizarre pickle, Ranvir said: "And I've got a gift for Alison and Dermot, it's wet feet pickles." However, rather than responding to Ranvir, Dermot was stood up asking someone called Victoria for some water, while Alison was sat on the sofa scrolling through her phone. The awkward situation led to Ranvir announcing: "We're on you" as Alison quickly put her phone away, before Ranvir asked: "Hello.

Are you ready for us my love?" To which Alison laughed: "We wasn't" as Dermot added: "Oh we're here? I couldn't hear you." "Have I come to you a bit early?

Have I interrupted?" quipped Ranvir, before Dermot joked that they were "totally ready" and shared what would be coming up on This Morning.
