I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! made a welcome return to screens last with its first ever UK-based series. The opening scenes saw the celebs being dropped off by helicopter at an unnamed rural location before having to abseil down a cliff, marking a wild entrance to the show.
With phenomenal views of the Welsh landscape as the contestants descended down the rock face, viewers were left wondering where exactly the celebs had landed.
While producers at ITV did not confirm where the cast had filmed the scenes, locals have seemingly revealed the location, reports North Wales Live.
While it was clear the opening shots were not filmed at the main set at Gwrych Castle, speculation began to mount that they were filmed on a cliff in.
