Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell (born December 18, 2001) is an American singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles, Eilish began singing at a young age. She gained media attention in 2016, when she uploaded the song "Ocean Eyes" on SoundCloud, subsequently released by Darkroom and Interscope Records. "Ocean Eyes" was written and produced by her brother Finneas, with whom she collaborates on music and live shows. Eilish's debut EP, Don't Smile at Me (2017), reached the top 15 in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

Chappell Roan is the latest star to get the Target exclusive vinyl treatment, following limited-edition releases for everyone from Olivia Rodrigo and Charli XCX to Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish.
The upcoming vinyl release of Roan’s breakout 2023 album “Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess” is now available to pre-order exclusively on Target and will officially ship out beginning Sept.
20. The set comes with a limited-edition peaches-and-cream vinyl in addition to a poster with an illustration of Roan inspired by the original album artwork.
