A third man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Amy Rose Wilson who was killed in a crash in Falkirk on July 29.Anthony Davidson, 30, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday and made no plea.
He was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.He faces a number of charges including murder, attempted murder, attempted robbery, attempting to defeat the ends of justice, assault and conspiracy.Davidson, who resides in London, is also charged with being in possession of a bladed or pointed weapon in public, carrying an offensive weapon, behaving in a threatening or abusive manner and vandalism.Andrew Gregorie, 27, who also resides in London, and Steven Hornsby, 53, who resides in Canvey Island, Essex, were both previously charged in connection with Amy's death and appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Friday, September 1.They too made no plea or declaration.Amy Rose, 27, died after her silver Vauxhall Vectra crashed with a Volkswagen Tiguan on New Carron Road at around 6.10pm on July 29.The passenger, a 22-year-old man, was taken to hospital and later arrested on an unrelated matter and released pending further enquiries.
