NME Cover star Lola Young‘s viral breakout hit ‘Messy’ has come at Number One on the biggest tracks list.It has racked up 597,000 chart units in the first quarter of 2025 alone, with 775,000 in total since its release last summer.

The single shifted 564,000 chart units in Q1 of this year, and is also the most-streamed track of 2025 so far (71.58million plays).Mars earned a second spot on the list with his Lady Gaga team-up ‘Die With A Smile’, which appears at Number Four.
