It's well-known for going big at Christmas, and the festivities are now in full swing at Bents garden centre. The arrival of Father Christmas with a Festive Tractor Parade on Thursday evening kickstarted the festive season at the venue, which transforms into a winter wonderland each year.
With trees and decorations galore, the place, off the East Lancs Road in Glazebury, near Wigan, is packed with inspiration for people's homes and attracts crowds of visitors between now and the big day.
There's a different theme at every turn, as well as twinkling lights, Christmas model villages and props dotted about the store - including a Grinch seat, a sleigh, an ice cream parlour - for those photo opportunities throughout your visit. If you're wrapping up, you can even sit outside next to the outdoor play area or in the shadows of the dinosaurs at the Jurassic Cove Café next to the adventure golf course.
