In recent days, a technique that has been tried and tested by the US army over the decades, has gone viral. Apparently the military sleep method can help even the biggest insomniac fall asleep in just two minutes.

Glamour magazine said the technique has been proven to work in intense environments and that if the US army can use it in high-stress environments such as war zones, civilians should find it a simple and effective method to fall asleep in their everyday life.
