‘The Traitors: Live Experience’ Coming To London’s West End
deadline.comSmash hit The Traitors is going immersive. A stage production inspired by the BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning TV series will open in London’s West End in the spring and audiences can get involved with The Traitors: Live Experience for £29.50 ($37) per person.
Contestants will take part in challenges inspired by The Traitors such as the blindfolded selection and strategic missions, with a theater and dates yet to be announced.
The show is being put on by Immersive Everywhere, which has also created immersive experiences for Doctor Who, Peaky Blinders and The Great Gatsby.
It struck a deal with rightsholder All3Media International. “I can’t wait for players to immerse themselves in their own drama, strategy and the deception,” said Claudia Winkleman, who hosts The Traitors UK. “They’ll love the game and should definitely expect twists.” Created by All3Media-backed IDTV, the show has been a smash hit for the BBC, Peacock and in other territories.
