Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.
Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.
Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.
Michaela Zee “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” is bringing back a familiar writer to the team. A.D. Miles, a longtime collaborator of Fallon’s who was previously head writer on the NBC late-night talk show, is returning to the show, Variety has confirmed.
Mason Steinberg, who was hired in the role last year, is exiting. Miles stepped down from the head writer position back in 2017 to pursue acting and narrative television and film writing.
By then, he had worked with Fallon for the past eight years, with the two meeting at NBC‘s “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,” which aired between 2009 to 2014, before Fallon took over “The Tonight Show.” They have collaborated on over 1,500 episodes of late-night television.
He appeared in multiple segments on “The Tonight Show,” most notably as stepdad Gary in Fallon’s series of Ew! sketches, which have featured such celebrities as Emma Stone, Taylor Swift and Drew Barrymore.
