A baby-faced teen led a cannabis gang that ruled the streets through a series of gun and arson attacks. Described as a child with a "defiance disorder" and a "disrupted education", Harry O'Brien became the head of a teenage drug gang responsible for three horrifying shootings and a firebombing at just 16 years old.

For the months he was the gang's leader and reaped the rewards, with pictures later obtained by the Liverpool Echo showing the spoils of his criminality.

O'Brien manipulated children his own age, and men nearly twice his age, to do his bidding. His gang instilled fear in the residents of south Liverpool, with innocent families caught in the crossfire as he waged war against rivals.

Perhaps indicative of his young age, the volatile teen couldn't keep his temper in check, leading police to quickly connect him to a trail of destruction.
