The Slow Readers Club will play a free gig at Manchester's Hatch next week. The event, in partnership with CityLife, will be the first in a series of Hatch Live music events at the Oxford Road venue.
The Manchester band, previous winners of CityLife's breakthrough act award, will perform a 45 minute acoustic session on Wednesday March 18.
It will be the first chance for fans to hear new tracks from their fourth studio album, The Joy of the Return, before its release on March 20.
The latest single Jericho is out now, following on from All I Hear. The Slow Readers Club come to Hatch hot on the back of a stellar 2019, which included a 32-date European tour and a number of sold out UK shows including two consecutive nights at The Ritz.
