Millions of people live with the reality that one wrong step could kill them - and you can understand their experience like never before.
Iraq is one of the most heavily mined countries in the world, following successive conflicts including the Iran-Iraq war of the 1980s, both Gulf wars, and more recent IS insurgency.
We joined Manchester-based charity Mines Advisory Group (MAG) in Iraq as they work to clear land and make it safe. You can now watch our YouTube mini-documentary on the ground with the amazing men and women risking their lives to save others from the threat of landmines. Try MEN Premium for FREE by clicking here for no ads, fun puzzles and brilliant new features. Watch as we walk across an active minefield in Iraqi Kurdistan - a dangerous task MAG's deminers take on every single day.
We also visit a booby-trapped house rigged to imitate hidden explosives left by Islamic State in Iraqi villages. Viewers will also be introduced to MAG's specialist mine deactivation dogs, who use their incredible noses to sniff out the dangerous explosives and save lives.
