The Saturdays star Una Healy has said that she won’t be applying to the new series of grown-up Love Island as its requirements are “unfair”.The singer, 41, recently made headlines for being part of a rumoured ‘throuple’ with boxer David Haye and model Sian Osborne.
Despite recently confirming that she’s single, Una took to Instagram to comment on the new series of so-called ‘middle aged’ Love Island - and said she won’t be applying.
ITV recently announced that Davina McCall will be hosting a Love Island-style show called The Romance Retreat, which will see single parents, nominated by their children, to go on the show to find love.
Sharing a screenshot of an article about the show, Una commented: “So anyone ‘middle aged’ without kids can’t apply? This is very unfair in my eyes… either way… I won’t be applying.” Una shares two children - eleven year old daughter Aoife and eight year old son Tadhg - with her ex-husband, rugby player Ben Foden, 37, who she split from in 2018.
