Renters who move into Salford's newest skyscraper will have access to a new 'City Pass' - giving perks such as 'new season previews, shopper events and complimentary VIP services'.
The new Cortland building, a 50-storey steel-and-glass tower in Greengate, will formally open next Thursday (November 16). Some 559 apartments and penthouses are contained within the structure.
It sits in Colliers Yard, which was the Mediaeval heart of the city, and is also home to the now-derelict Collier Street swimming baths.
Planning permission was granted in 2020 on the condition that developers will restore the baths, but it’s not yet known when this will take place.
