The Voice viewers were left stunned on Saturday night when a huge popstar from the 1990s auditioned for the show – but failed to get any of the mentors to turn for her.
Mariama Goodman, 44, found fame as one third of the girl group Honeyz in 1999 when she replaced founding member Heavenli Abdi.
During her time in the band, Honeyz racked up three Top 10 hit singles – Love of a Lifetime, Never Let You Down and Won't Take It Lying Down.Their debut album Wonder No.
8 also included the hits Finally Found and End of the Line. Mariama quit the band in August 2000 with Heavenli rejoining the group until they split a year later in 2001.
