This week, the finalists for the first ever Manchester Curry Awards have been revealed with hundreds of restaurants, takeaways and chefs all in contention for top prizes.
Organisers have said the awards look to celebrate all the restaurants, takeaways and personalities that have made the industry 'such a great part of Manchester’s culture' and the economic contributions it makes.
It looks to celebrate and promote a love of curry from a city that hosts the famous Curry Mile.
