The public must start assuming that the Queen will not attend events unless it has been confirmed on the day, insiders have claimed.
Over recent months, the 95 year old has been forced to pull out of various events and has even opened up about her “exhausting” battle with Covid-19.
And now, reports suggest that Her Majesty’s attendance at royal engagements will be a bonus, not a guarantee, under an alleged new strategy.
