Leon passed away aged 83, two days before Christmas in 2017 and June decided to write their love story in tribute to him. June said: “Leon always said ‘One day I will write our story – our love story'. ”June, 82, sadly died in May 2020, after a short illness, with many heartbroken at her loss. Sandra Martin and Sandi Bogle From Brixton, the iconic duo featured on the show until 2016.
That year, Sandi decided to quit the show. Sandra was then partnered with daughter Chanchez but lasted just a year, saying the show was nothing without her.
