Pop Smoke claimed the UK's biggest debut album of 2020 with Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon, OfficialCharts.com can confirm.
The posthumous record by the US rapper - released in July following his death in February - heads up the Top 10 debuts of the year with 222,000 chart sales.
Shoot For Stars debuted at Number 2 and became a staple of the Top 10 for five months, eventually reaching Number 1 some 12 weeks after its release to become the first debut album to hit the summit in 2020.
Speaking at the time it hit the top, Steven Victor, head of Pop Smoke's US label, Victor Victor, described reaching Number 1 as a "bittersweet" moment, adding: "London was a special place for Pop - it was a city that he connected with and was drawn to.
