Jennifer Maas TV Business Writer Dunder Mifflin — the people person’s paper people — is sending its top employees into “Funko Fusion” as characters from NBC’s “The Office” join the action-adventure video game Friday.
Developed by 10:10 Games, the game, which released in September, is filled with Funko Pop! figurine versions of iconic pop culture figures.
The game is a co-op action title that mashes up characters from “Jurassic World,” “Back to the Future,” “Five Nights at Freddy’s” and more beloved, largely NBCUniversal, IP into Funko Pop!
format alongside hero Freddy Funko and his evil twin Eddy Funko. Featured in the gameplay trailer revealing the new downloadable content (DLC) for the Funko video game is a look at Funko Pop-ified versions of “The Office’s” Michael Scott, Dwight Schrute, Jim Halpert and Pam Beesly in action.
