‘The Night Agent Star Gabriel Basso Skydives To Promote Season 2 During Netflix’s NFL Christmas Gameday
deadline.comNetflix already is taking a page out of broadcast networks’ Super Bowl playbook with a blockbuster halftime show headlined by Beyonce during its first NFL games on Christmas day.
Also like the networks, the streamer is using the games to hype its top series with custom promos. The one getting the special treatment during Christmas Gameday is The Night Agent, Netflix’s most watched series of 2023.
Hours after Netflix released the first Season 2 trailer on Christmas morning,The Night Agent star Gabriel Basso participated in a pre-recorded stunt, jumping off the Netflix blimp over the NRG Stadium to deliver a USB of the trailer.
In the video, which you can see above, Basso channels Tom Cruise who also was seen skydiving during the Paris Olympics closing ceremony while delivering the Olympic flag to Los Angeles.
