A Netflix series with an almost-perfect Rotten Tomatoes score has returned to the streaming service's top 10 most-watched list two years after it was released.
Mini-series Maid secured climbed to the eighth spot on the English language series list last week, thanks to clips of the show trending on TikTok.
The Emmy-nominated drama, inspired by Stephanie Land's 2019 book Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother's Will to Survive, garnered 14 million hours viewed on Netflix between May 22 and May 28.
Maid, which premiered in October 2021, follows American single mother Alex, who becomes a housecleaner to make ends meet. She's in the midst of escaping an abusive relationship and overcoming homelessness to create a better life for her young daughter when she appears to hit a never-ending set of bumps in the road.
