One of spring’s most beautiful sights is when lawns are transformed with golden carpets of daffodils. Flowering from February until May, these much-loved golden flowers can be found in woodlands, gardens and parks.
If you’re hoping to see some of these gorgeous blooms this season, then there are several National Trust places in and around Greater Manchester which have some incredible displays of daffodils.
Entry prices vary for the different sites, although it’s free for National Trust members. From the grounds of Tudor halls to beautiful walled gardens, these golden flowers can be spotted all over.
