Between January and March 2021, Trafford homed five of the priciest houses in our region, with the most expensive selling for £4 million.

The borough of Stockport also saw a couple of sales in the million-pound region. At the other end of the scale, many of the cheapest homes were sold in Oldham, Bolton, and Bury, going for around £40,000.
